The only difference I’d note from say the Clever Yoga – Yoga Strap where perhaps it falls short is that it’s not quite as slip resistant.

For home or a class this won’t be an issue, but just beware if you’re taking it to hot yoga; your sweaty palms may cause an issue!

Like most adjustable straps, this one has the D ring loop at the ends, making for easy adjustment. The strap is lightweight and rolls up easily; perfect for packing and tossing into your yoga bag.

Make sure that your strap isn’t going to fall apart under pressure and constant use. You want a fabric that weaves tightly together, like cotton, nylon or hemp.

There aren’t any hemp straps on this list, but if you come into contact with one that you’re thinking of buying, chances are it’s a good one. Hemp is tough.

Slide resistant is a good aspect as well, but isn’t completely necessary as long as you have a good fabric. High quality, eco-friendly cotton will often absorb sweat quite well.

Strap Length

If it’s not long enough for you to use, don’t bother. If it doesn’t adjust to a short enough length for you to use, then it’s pointless.
